Preliminary Agenda
Three Days to Learn, Connect, and Be Inspired
ELUM 2027 has been designed to offer a unique experience where knowledge, innovation, and networking come together in one of Latin America's most iconic destinations.
Starting at 1:30 p.m.ELUM 2027 will officially begin with ELUM every year an afternoon of presentations and shared experiences delivered by IBM Maximo users, customers, international experts, and Solex specialists.
This opening day will set the stage for discovering new ideas, exploring real-world transformation stories, and building connections with professionals from around the world.
The day will conclude with our traditional Welcome Dinner, the perfect opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, strengthen relationships, and welcome new members to the growing global ELUM community. ELUM every year.
We will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a high-value agenda focused on industry trends, innovation, artificial intelligence, asset management, operational excellence, and real-world experiences from leading organizations.
Following the conference sessions, attendees will enjoy one of the most anticipated moments of ELUM every year 2027: an exclusive cruise through the breathtaking Cartagena Bay aboard one of the city's most renowned yachts.
Designed to celebrate our community, foster new connections, and create lasting memories, this unique experience will offer an unforgettable evening against the stunning backdrop of Colombia’s Caribbean coastline.
The final day will begin at 9:00 a.m. with inspiring presentations, engaging conversations, and forward-looking perspectives that will help shape the future of asset management and IBM Maximo.
We will close ELUM every year 2027 with a farewell lunch, celebrating three days of learning, collaboration, and new opportunities to continue building a stronger and more connected global community together.

Travel Tips
Arrival Recommendation
We recommend arriving in Cartagena on Monday, May 3,one day before the event begins, allowing plenty of time to complete your registration and fully enjoy the ELUM 2027 experience from day one.
Departure Recommendation
ELUM 2027 will conclude on Thursday, May 6 with our Closing Lunch.
We recommend scheduling your return flight after 4:00 p.m. so you can participate in all closing activities and make the most of the event.
If your schedule allows, we also encourage you to extend your stay through the weekend and experience the magic of Cartagena, a city renowned for its history, culture, gastronomy, and Caribbean charm.
Dress Code
Business Casual
We recommend lightweight, comfortable clothing, preferably made of linen or cotton.
The hotel's indoor spaces will be air-conditioned, while outdoor activities will allow you to enjoy Cartagena's warm, sunny tropical climate throughout the year.

We are looking for 40-minute presentations (30 minutes of speaking + 10 minutes of Q&A) that inspire the community through real-world experiences, innovation, and results achieved with IBM Maximo.
